We are seeking applications from Aged care experienced Registered Nurses for a Regional Manager and Clinical Support Manager role to manage 3 facilities of the Southwest Slopes region of New South Wales. We support our employees to excel!About the role: The successful candidate will work closely with the General Manager, Care Operations, Quality & Clinical Governance Team, Support Services and other Regional Managers and will have the following, but not limited to, duties as follow:Providing leadership, vision and management of staff within the Region, work with other service providers within the Region and support and contribute to the delivery of corporate objectivesEnsure the financial sustainability and budget achievement of the region and provide direction and support to facility managers within the regionContribute positively to the achievement of the Residential Care Business Plan through implementing a successful regional plan, delivering results and effective leadershipAbility to contribute to the overall culture and care of residents within the region through effective leadership and develop the capability of the management teams and staff within the regionProvide quality and clinical governance support for residential facilities within the regionLiaise and collaborate with all relevant stakeholders, both internal and external to ensure positive and productive relationships.What are we looking for:Aged Care Registered Nurse (AHPRA) with demonstrated experience managing multi-site operational services with the following attributes:  Proven track record of strong performance in driving performance and key field operations metrics, leading through othersSignificant experience in networking, liaising and developing partnershipsProven experience developing a positive customer focused cultureAbility to prepare well researched, clearly presented reports and submissions as necessarySound understanding of, and ability to correctly apply, relevant principles of the Fair Work ActCurrent driver’s licenseSound understanding of relevant State and Commonwealth legislation as it applies to Aged Care Facilities 55 AUD Australia - NSW Goulburn & Southern Tablelands Young 2594
