Why join us?We have a long history of providing exceptional care that empowers older people to live a full life.  As a not-for-profit aged care provider, we're able to invest in providing an exceptional experience to our clients as well as support and develop our frontline staff to achieve this.  When you join us, you will be provided with a competitive rate of pay with shift allowances, uniform and the support of a wonderful leadership team and colleagues.The roleReporting to the Property Operations Manager, an exciting opportunity has risen for a Property Operations Helpdesk Coordinator to support the wider Property Operations team.The successful candidate will actively support the Property team and their stakeholders through acting as the first point of contact for all enquiries and the day to day coordination of the helpdesk.You will be overseeing and managing the Computer Maintenance Management System through data entry, assessment, reporting & trouble shooting.Liaise closely with the Property Operations team to ensure that all work requests raised are followed through to completion.Monitor the input of all Maintenance Request data into the CMMS, ensuring data accuracy at all times.Flexibility to work in either Merrylands, Epping or the Central CoastThe successful applicant will have the following attributes:Qualification in administrative support services or related field or equivalent relevant work experience.Tertiary qualification in a Property discipline or related certificate (desirable)At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role or demonstrated competencyCall Centre / Property Management / Help Desk experience, including knowledge of property maintenance technical terminologyCustomer centric communication and interpersonal skills including demonstrated experience interacting with a wide range of stakeholdersAble to provide evidence of COVID-19 & influenza vaccinationsAble to work on a Permanent Full Time basis from Monday to Friday.About UsSouthern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) is a leading not-for-profit high-quality aged care provider.
